To update the phone numbers on your KISA Phone, you have two options:
- Log in to your MyKISA customer portal or MyKISA app and make the changes online.
- Call our customer support team at 1300 557 453 and ask them to do it for you.
However, once your KISA Phone is manufactured, the names and photos printed on the device will be fixed and cannot be changed by you. If you want to change them later, you will need to:
- Send the KISA Phone back to our office.
- Pay a fee for us to remanufacture it with the new names and photos.
