I thoroughly recommend the Kisa senior’s phone. My 93-year-old uncle loves how easy it is to keep in touch with family and friends. And he has become quite a chatterbox with it. But the beauty of this phone is you can buy it outright and use your own sim card (and that’s exactly what I did). Also, the best thing is the after-sales service they give you, if you have problems with the phone. Don’t worry they will fix the problem or replace the phone.

This phone has been a life saver for my mum who has Dementia. The simple tasks like answering and hanging up a phone is extremely hard for mum. I've tried so many different phones, to the point of placing notes on the phone with instruction how to answer and hang up but this still didn't work for mum. I highly recommend the KISA Phone to anyone struggling like my mum has. Finally a phone mum can use with no problems at all, she just needs to press my name to call me and she knows to press the green button to answer and the red to hang up, super easy, wonderful! There's also a hang up timer on the phone, you can set this by logging into your Kisa account, this is another brilliant feature for mum as she would sometimes forget to hang up the phone and I wouldn't be able to reach her all day. Also a big thank you to Mel at Kisa for all her support, another big plus! 10 stars from us! Thank you to everyone at KISA for creating this phone! Super grateful!

I got this KISA Phone for an elderly relative who just cannot get used to using a Smart Phone . The KISA is a God send due to it's simplicity- Perfect size with just FOUR (you can have 5) names printed in large letters including me, a relative, emergency/ambulance and home help. You press the name of the person to make a call and that's it ! She calls me and her relative all the time now & we can call her. It has large red & green buttons for accepting a call or hanging up. Ring tone is pleasant and sound can be adjusted up or down. And that's it- very simple and VERY EASY for an elderly person to use (good for even a young child). A great addition to a smart phone if you want something to use for emergencies or calls to 4/5 favorite people. I think the price is very reasonable and if it last a few years good value. Cannot recommend it highly enough and the KISA people have been very helpful to deal with.
