Your product originally came to my attention when a family friend recommended it for my father. Yet I see huge potential for the KISA Phone at my office. As it can be pre-programmed only to call other staff members and calls between KISA Phone are free, I can keep costs down while ensuring my staff are always in contact.

It didn't take long at all for our order to be processed, despite the advice (which I appreciated) that due to high demand due to COVID-19, orders may take a little bit more time to process. This phone is perfect for my elderly father who has recently had to move into permanent care. He has never had a mobile phone before. I highly recommend the KISA Phone.

I am s pleased with the KISA Phone and the staff I have dealt with. I found them extremely helpful and the phone is perfect for my husband, who has Dementia. It gives him the confidence to go out with a carer and know that He can call me if need be.

My husband has used this 'phone for many years as his Dementia progressed. I was able to easily modify the function when he needed an even more basic phone. We have been very happy with it. I can recommend the phone and the excellent service provided with it.

I have been dealing with the crew from Kisa for a few years and have found them to be extremely helpful and Dimitry bends over backwards to accommodate my needs (as a blind person). Nothing is too much trouble for him and his team.

I found the KISA Phone to be very easy for my brother to use especially with the pictures of the people he was ringing as his reading is not the best. Not having lots of other buttons to press made it impossible to lock himself out of the phone or to change any settings. This is perfect for similar people as my brother. This is the 2nd KISA Phone I purchased as I needed a Telstra Blue tick when my brother moved to a remote area.

Truly a lifesaver. My sister is very ill and this is the only phone she can use. When she dropped and broke it Kisa replaced it for cost of postage.Great product, great service

Highly recommended the KISA for a first mobile phone for a young child and/or anyone who has a disability. It's basic, simple to use and it is safe for vulnerable people as there is no internet capability and the phone is fully customised and preprogrammed to suit the users individual needs. KISA is also an Australian owned and operated company. Ticks all the boxes, thanks KISA!

I finally found a way for my Autistic son to call someone familiar when he's upset or in trouble. He only uses the apps on a smartphone, so having a device where he can only make calls gives me peace of mind.
He didn't need to use it when he went to camp, but knowing he could if needed was reassuring. The bright yellow design and attached lanyard make it easy to spot, and having his details, including that he's Autistic, on the back is a great idea in case he ever wanders off. I especially love the GPS tracker, which helps me know where he is if he's out playing or the school bus is running late.

We've had a KISA phone for our daughter, who has Down syndrome, for nearly a year, and it has exceeded our expectations. The phone has boosted her confidence and allowed her to explore more independent environments carefully. She learned to use it quickly and now keeps it with her constantly.
I also want to highlight the excellent support we've received from KISA. Their staff have been polite, prompt, and genuinely interested in helping us before and after the sale. It's rare to find a company that offers such ongoing support.

I've been struggling to get my father to use a mobile phone and gave up trying a couple of years ago. He has really taken to the KISA Phone we created for him, and we are now getting calls regularly from him when he is out and about. It has clearly improved his confidence in getting out of the house and living life.
