GPS Tracking
KISA devices feature built-in GPS tracking, meaning you always know where your loved ones are, especially if they are at risk of wandering or getting lost.
Low Battery Warning
An SMS can be sent to a nominated family member indicating that the KISA device battery is low. This eliminates the stress of the end user having to worry about when to charge the KISA device.
SOS Position Locator
As part of the SOS service, KISA devices can include an embedded link to the GPS position, sent as an SMS when an SOS function is activated.

Bluetooth Compatible
KISA is designed to be Bluetooth-compatible. It connects to your Bluetooth hearing aids, allowing you to hear better and more easily.
Fall Detection - Safety
If you have an accident, a fall, or any other emergency, KISA devices can alert others and reach out for help. They can detect that you've taken a hard fall and connect you with your nominated contact or emergency services if you're immobile.
If it detects a fall, your KISA device will alert up to 5 contacts by text and voice call. The contacts can see the wearer's location on Google Maps and talk to them through the device's built-in speaker and microphone.

KISA gives you the ability to reach out in case of an emergency
KISA is designed to help people with various physical limitations, with large, easy to press mechanical buttons for people with limited dexterity.
Add emergency contacts, medical conditions, and allergies to the back panel to gain added peace of mind. This will enable those coming to aid to provide clear and prompt support.
KISA can also be manufactured with Braille text on the buttons for easy recognition by the visually impaired. Each button is limited to maximum of 3 Braille characters.
A siren to draw attention to your loved one is activated automatically. Loudspeaker mode also activates, allowing those around the wearer to focus on providing support without the restriction of holding a phone to talk.

KISA NDIS Funding Can Be Managed in Three Ways
Agency Managed NDIS Participants
If your funding is Agency Managed – please go through the ordering process by clicking “Start NDIS Order” on this page.
We recommend for the Account Holder to be a carer or family member, not the NDIS participant.
Once we receive your order, we will make a service booking directly through the KISA/NDIS Provider Access Portal and will communicate with you if required to make sure everything is processed correctly.
We will manufacture and dispatch your KISA NDIS Emergency Device once the service booking has been successfully processed.
Plan Managed NDIS Participants
If your funding is Plan Managed – please go through the ordering process by clicking “Start NDIS Order” on this page.
We recommend for the Account Holder to be a carer or family member, not the NDIS participant.
Once we receive your order, we will arrange an invoice to be sent to your Plan Manager and will communicate with you and the Plan Manager if it is required and to make sure everything is processed correctly.
We will manufacture and dispatch your KISA NDIS Emergency Device once the service booking has been successfully processed.
Self-Managed NDIS Participants
If your funding is Self Managed – please go through the ordering process by clicking “Start NDIS Order” on this page.
We recommend for the Account Holder to be a carer or family member, not the NDIS participant.
When your payment is processed successfully we will send you an Invoice that you can use to get reimbursed by NDIA, and we will manufacture and dispatch your KISA Emergency Device.
Once we receive the order, we will contact you to get a payment method and to process payment.
